SEO + Website Design Case Study

From no website to 7,000+ Google clicks a month.

Mobile Audio Concepts came to us without a website or an existing source of organic traffic. We designed the site, laid the SEO foundation, and kept improving it as the business grew.

Five years later, organic search continues to bring regular enquiries. Nick describes it as “more work than we can handle."
116K Google Search clicks over 16 months
19M Google Search impressions over 16 months
7,169 clicks in June 2026
15.9K Copilot citations over six months
Nick has worked with Keyforge since the beginning. In this short video, he explains what we built, how we support the business, and what the SEO campaign now produces.

What Keyforge built

We built the website and the search strategy together.

Mobile Audio Concepts did not have an old website for us to repair. We started from zero, building the site around the services customers search for and the information they need before making an enquiry.

The launch created the foundation. Five years of continued SEO work turned it into a steady source of traffic and leads.

Website strategy and design

A website built to generate enquiries.

We planned the site around the services Mobile Audio Concepts provides and the questions customers ask before choosing an installer. Navigation, page structure, and calls to action were designed to help visitors find the right service and make contact.

Technical SEO foundation

Search visibility was built in from the start.

We gave search engines a clean site to crawl and understand. That included indexable service pages, clear site architecture, internal links, metadata, structured data, performance checks, and tracking through Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs Keyword Ranking Data, and Microsoft Clarity.

Technical SEO was part of the build, not something added after launch.

Search-led service pages

Each important service received a clear place to rank.

Instead of placing every service on one general page, we built focused pages around what Mobile Audio Concepts offers and how customers search for it.

Each page was written to do two jobs: match the right search and help the visitor understand what to do next.

Local and off-page signals

We built trust beyond the website.

The campaign strengthened the signals that support local search visibility. This included business listings, citations, links, brand mentions, and other off-site references connected to the company and its services.

The goal was not to collect links in bulk. It was to establish Mobile Audio Concepts as a credible business in its market.

Ongoing optimization

We kept improving the site after launch.

The website was never treated as a finished project. We monitored Search Console, tracked changing demand, improved existing pages, and added new work where the data showed an opportunity.

That continued work matters. The current performance came from five years of building on the foundation, not a one-time SEO setup.

Google Analytics and Bing Webmaster Tools AI Performance Screenshot

This Google Analytics data covers the year 2025 and the Bing Webmaster Tools view shows the same foundation now earning visibility in AI-powered experiences. The numbers back up the story.
Google Analytics data come from the company’s verified Google Analytics property. AI citation data comes from Bing Webmaster Tools. The screenshots show selected reporting periods, not the entire five-year relationship. Search results vary by market, competition, website history, investment, and implementation. This case shows what happened for Mobile Audio Concepts. It is not a ranking or traffic guarantee.
